ENVISION PASCO 2050 (COMMUNITY VISION PLAN)
This plan identifies the community-driven vision for future of Pasco County which resulted from the public input received during Year 3.

This document contains a summary of all of the input received during the Pasco 2050 Public Workshop Series for Year 3.
PLANNING BEST PRACTICE RESEARCH
The purpose of this report is to evaluate example Comprehensive Plans from Florida and beyond that exhibit best practices in Comprehensive Plan-related public engagement tools and presentation. These example plans also included clearly organized plan structures, engaging graphics, and meaningful plan geographies, and will serve as models for the development of the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan.
PLAN DIAGNOSTIC REPORT
This report includes preliminary research to document conditions influencing the future development of the Pasco 2050 vision, themes, goals, objectives, and policies. The report includes a broad summary of the County's existing land uses, development, and demographic context; as well as existing planning policy and regulatory context. Additionally, the report includes a review of existing mobility plans and systems, countywide and regional travel patterns, and existing/planned transportation networks supporting internal and external connectivity.
MARKET ASSESSMENT
SB Friedman conducted preliminary market research to document existing real estate market conditions influencing the development of plan visions, goals, objectives, and policies. With significant development activity occurring within Pasco County and an eye to the future, the Comprehensive Plan Update provides a unique opportunity to guide real estate development and strengthen the County’s economic base in the future. This report examines existing market conditions for non-residential land uses, including industrial, office, retail and hotel.
